Return Policy

Effective January 1, 2017, Truman State University Press will distribute its titles through its fulfillment provider, Longleaf Services, Inc. and any book ordered after January 1, 2017 must be returned to Longleaf.

Books may be returned for credit to TSUP if all of the following criteria are met:

  • Accompanied with invoice reference number and dated prior to December 31, 2016.
  • Not damaged (No author signatures in books, no shelf-worn copies, bent corners, or other type of damage to the physical appearance.)
  • Still in print
  • Within a year of the invoice ship date

Books will be returned for credit at TSUP standard vendor discounts. If the return does not meet the above guidelines, we cannot guarantee full credit. Credit is not given on shipping charges.

Books that are received damaged must be returned within 30 days of original ship date along with the invoice reference number. Return postage credit will be given.

A credit memo will be issued within 30 days from date of receiving the return.  Please wait until a credit memo is issued before taking a credit. Credit may be applied to future invoices with reference to the TSUP credit memo number.

A refund check may be issued upon request after credit has been outstanding for at least one year.
