Return Policy
Books may be returned for credit if they are:
- Within a year of the invoice ship date
- Not damaged (No author signatures in books, no shelf-worn copies, bent corners, or other kinds of damage to the physical appearance.)
- Still in print
- Accompanied with invoice reference number
Books will be returned for credit at TSUP standard vendor discounts. If the return does not meet the above guidelines, we cannot guarantee full credit. Credit is not given on shipping charges.
A credit memo will be issued. Credit may be applied to future invoices with reference to the TSUP credit memo number.
A refund check may be issued upon request after credit has been outstanding for at least one year.
Please note: This return policy does not apply to full carton sales given a special discount at the point of sale.
