Returns
Books may be returned for credit if they are:
- Within the calendar year of the invoice ship date
- Not damaged
- Still in print
- Accompanied with invoice reference number
Books will be returned for credit at our standard vendor discounts.
Credit is not given on shipping charges.
A credit memo will be issued. The credit may be applied to future invoices with reference to our credit memo number.
